This study constructed FLAG peptide tagged mDPPA2 and HA peptide tagged mDPPA4 protein expression plasmids. The plasmids were transfected into HEK293 cells, and the interaction between DPPA2 and DPPA4 was proved by Western Blot and CoImmunoprecipitation. Thus, a conclusion was proposed that DPPA2 and DPPA4 protein interact with each other in the process of ESCs’ selfrenew and differentation, etc.
